Service Description. This Site describes General Contractor, Kitchen Remodeling, Remodeling Contractor, Bathroom Remodeling, Interior Remodeling, Exterior Remodeling provided by Norvex Build Works. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://generalcontractoreverett.com is the property of Norvex Build Works or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Norvex Build Works reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Norvex Build Works disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvex Build Works's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Norvex Build Works in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
